I haven't looked hard, but February 2010 Helping Haiti version of REM's "Everybody Hurts" in 6/8 will provide a lower limit for any further refinement.

Adele "Someone Like You" (2011) has one whole bar of 2/4 time just before the first chorus.

Off the top of my head I thought Solsbury Hill but that peaked at #13
