  • This is the recipe

    http://www.jennycancook.com/recipes/one-bowl-lemon-brownies/

    So easy and really very good.

  • Maybe?

    I'd guess anything water based would mix with the jelly and let water pass down into the cake. Looking at cream, yoghurt, cheese. Maybe do something with mascapone?

    That site you posted looks good might try some of the recipes.

  • So I made some last night, I put a thin layer of the lemon brownie mixture, bake it, then a layer of buttercream then a layer of half set jelly on top directly onto the 2 layers. I put the jar of jelly water into the fridge for a couple of hours before spooning it on to the cakes. It works!

    The only issue is because I was lazy and being a cheapskate so I used some thin paper mini loaf casing so they couldn't quite retain their shape. Also because it's so hot today, even a 10 mins ride from home to work has melted the jelly a bit... so...

  • Made a nice tropisk aroma kake.

  • Best cheesecake I ever dun made

  • I have to pull an all nighter for a deadline tomorrow and I know what I am like when I need to do some serious work and I have no sweet stuff in the cupboard... so... I quickly made some sweet stuff to get me through the night... hopefully I won't end up eating them all otherwise all the effort over the last month or so to try and shake off a few pounds would well...

    She would like an elephant cake, cue the fear!

    Few questions;
    Where is the best place for a large cake board?
    Sugar icing or butter icing...?

    So I'm thinking I'll try use this drawing any suggestions or guidance very welcome.

  • Judging from my best google searches that's a path to either phenomenal success (rare) and dire failure (common). Maybe its the nature of internet searches but there seems to be no reasonable attempts.
