That GMT is ETA 2893-2 based so doesn't fit the "true" GMT brief. Looks good though. Not sure that it'll appreciate, but you presumably wouldn't lose too much either.
Yema have some really nice watches at the mo. Mind you, there's loads of competition around that price point (Magrette GMT / Alpina Startimer (which i think is a true GMT) / Halios Seaforth / Steinhart etc).
I would also like it to appreciate in value, a trick I've not managed with all of my watch purchases but one that I am keen to get the hang of.
