Modeling it shouldn’t be that hard, print will probably cost you somewhere in the upper three 0’s.

It can be cheaper than materialise if you go direct to manufacturer, it is hard to model as the inner surfaces aren’t constant to save weight, also modelling thin walls with FEA is difficult to actually do efficiently so you can iterate through designs.
