I don't think I could ever where Farage tweed.

Thanks - about 12 years I think.......Was lucky to get it before stainless steel sports Rolexes really took off. When I bought it, the dealer said you can never stop buying watches once you've started.....which turned out to be correct!
Love the Panerai and the heart stopping story (and happy ending); I saw a smaller Panerai (maybe 38/39mm - max 42mm?) which I can find would be my next acquisition.

Nice nice nice. Jealous. Perfect watch, the 5513, only behind the 6538 and 1016 IMO.

on the other hand who stops to pick up shoes from the street
Following me googling the pair you posted up and discovering how much they cost; I would!

it’s a dw5600bbn 1er - £50 on Amazon
https://www.amazon.co.uk/casio-gorillaz-g-shock/dp/B06WGQ367L
I actually got tempted into it when I saw someone else (@magpie I think?) post a pic of one on this forum - this place is a real Gshock enabler.
Only thing I’d mention are the buttons are really recessed so they can sometimes be a bit annoying to use but it’s no biggy.

i really wanted those when i first saw them and then they were sold out. found a pair few months later and the next day i won a football bet for about the same amount. it was fate :).
the guy who found them was like 65 years old, he said they were good for hunting! pretty sure he had no idea of the cost of the watch or the boots..
still can't thank him enough. gonna buy him a pair of hunting boots i reckon :) -

That would be a lovely gesture!
Find out his size first.

For a minute there I thought I’d logged on to Omega Forums...
@panic with luck like that I hope you have some big accumulators today.
Missed yesterday’s show and tell so here’s a belated contribution, my Sinn 556 on a new silicon strap. Totally changed it, very comfy but doesn’t slip under a cuff/jumper so easily anymore.
