I have felt the need to move to a plant lifestyle recently. Bizarrely, the catalyst was the death of my cat. But I reasoned that I am full of shit considering myself to be an animal lover if I eat animal products. Also saw a fairly naff but interesting Netflix documentary called the game changer.
Anyone have any good websites for vegan weightlifting?

Watch Clarence0 Q&A on youtube. He must be the strongest vegan oly lifter out there(pound for pound ofc). Gives some good tips.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hHrysja5lYwThese guys have some basic info on diet for athletes:
https://www.nomeatathlete.com/There is a vegan weightlifting and body building group on Facebook with tons of info in the side bar, you'll have to search for it.

Just had probably the best vegan meal I've ever had at the newly opened Naifs in Peckham (replaced Aside). The deep fried koji crusted celeriac schnitzel with smoked apple and mustard remoulade was a particular highlight. Bonus points for serving penicillins and hot toddies.

Halo burger in Brixton: Went for the first time today. Over priced tiny portions and not a patch on Temple of Seitan. Big up East London! š

Depends what you want but enjoyed Vegan Junk Food Bar, it is what it says it is.

Aww yiss:
It's obviously not in the slightest intended to promote his business, but hey.

I suspect his main problem will be that 'meatless meat' is becoming very, very big business:

There's going to be a Hackney Downs Studios Vegan Market on the 14th December. I really miss the market being my closest local market. Annoyingly, I may not be in London that day.

A more permanent location is that of the new Young Vegans pizza place. They were previously 'Death by Pizza' (I have no idea why they chose that name, as I think it's pretty rubbish) in Netil Market. Now they're on Cambridge Heath Road:

I know I'm always suggesting vegan forum outings that nobody's interested in, but would anyone like to go to that sometime?
Here's their own web-site:

Interestingly, this used to be an estate agent's called HomeFinders (still visible on StreetView), and it's actually not a corner site (which it seems to be from the fish eye (?) picture).

Why?
Thanks, I'll try those at some point.
But, right now, I'm after the reliability of the ones I've made before. There was a YouTube video of some 'bros' making them, loudly.
