Simple.

Except the fact that i enjoy my job & my industry.
My industry only exists in London in the UK and my wife's only exists in London or Edinborough.

I can't commute from Edingborough to London in 20 minutes.

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't be able to work in London without living in London also. But personally I'm willing to take a frankly pathetic salary in order to live and work in Norwich, rather than anywhere else.
