All these people saying they have to go into the office 4 days a week or whatever- why? I appreciate that if you are the office boy/ girl and your job is doing the post or photocopying then fair enough but if you are at a sufficiently senior level and you work for an organisation that has invested in remote working infrastructure why do you struggle in each day like some sort of hero?
My boss couldn't give a toss where I work from and that really is how it should be imo. I only really go into the office to get the exercise riding in.
