Finished The Witcher 3 storyline after 2 years of intermittent playing, feels weird. Now I have 1 fucking gwent card to get and I can't figure out how to get it

There are some you need to get as part of quests, so you may have lost one there. When I completed, I was still missing a card, and went round the whole world twice and played every fucker again to try to find it, as well as getting every single question mark.

I regret nothing.

I followed a guide so I'm pretty sure I've got all the quest specific ones, I've got all the ones from playing randoms so I just need to find the merchant that sells it... shouldn't take long
