Just watched the video now.
Operating procedure is possibly the opposite of functional, and as long as it isn't any wider than the handlebars, you're stil going to get wet.

And when you fold it away after having ridden in the rain it's problaby going straight to mould city.

Always nice when someone who seems to never have ridden a bike wants money for developing a product for a bike.

Reminds me a bit about the windsurfing thing that was supposed to make cycling the plains of Umerica a breeze!
