  • Likewise, I'd taken my Straggler to around 10 countries in my 4 year ownership, it'd become super sentimental.

    The straggler just always felt dead, it travelled across rough ground with a sort of leady dampening that just felt numb. The Wolverine just has a real spring to it, it's lively through the fork and the rear end when you pedal.

    I haven't given this a proper run off-road, but I get the feeling the Straggler would be more fun in the mud - it felt more like a big rigid MTB, this a little more road bike like.

    One thing I am a little dissapointed with on the Wolverine is the tyre clearance, it's pretty much the same as the Straggler.
