I've been using their BTwin SPD-SL cleats and they are better than the originals; really tough plastics used and have inserts of super hard but slippery plastic at front and rear of the cleat where they make contact with the pedal body.
The clever bit is the two part body lets you replace your cleat in two stages and keep the cleat in the exact same position.
