Looks like a handy bike but hella expensive for something that is essentially supposed to be a city hack. There seems to be a dearth of these kind of frames in Europe, lots of cheap options in the US though

I agree, it is very expensive (£725 for the frameset, £1200 for the dropbar). However, if it drops in price like the 2019 version has (£510 for the frameset at Triton Cycles, £525 for the flatbar version on eBay - £800 elsewhere) , it becomes more reasonable.

There's a new Cinelli Tutto. The 2020 version ("Cinelli Tutto Plus") comes with mudguard and rack mounts and improved tyre clearance (45c vs 35c for the previous version). It also allows for a rear derailleur.
