I think in honesty, it seems a bit silly. People have been buying and selling race results for years and as I understand it, it still goes on in Belgian kermesse events so what makes Vino so different?
If he goes to jail I imagine it'd be like Pablo Escobar's jail with Vino sitting by a pool, sipping cocktails running Astana remotely with a live radio link to the DS and riders during races.
