Really envious of that bike and scenery.
Have you found a good candidate for 20” sus fork for your cargo bike?
-
• #3032
No. Went for 2.4" tyres instead :)

It IS a pretty nice bike. I might get around to updating my thread, when I get back to sorting out the garage.

I envy your workshop, skills and basically everything in this thread haha.
Bear Valley SE 1992? I had one too, my fav. retro MTB of all time (pity the frame got bent when a car hit it):

Thanks dude.
It is a 700c frame. Not sure which one. Maybe a stinson? -

Ha, my eyes deceived me, lovely frame nonetheless! It's probably a 1993 Sausalito: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/gallery2/d/12573-2/1993.pdf

My plans for sorting out the Univega and riding it is not going to happen. At least it is on hold for now.
The frame is not tall enough. I was planning to use my Zoom seat post and ream out the seat tube a bit. But the seat tube is just too short at 51cm ctt.

That’s a lot of post!
I guess there are more constructive ways to spend your time than making bikes that are too small :-)
I would actually probably wouldn't decrease the head angle. I am much more into twitchy steering tbh.
I could just build a new bike as well, but I like the chainstays on this and I have some spare tubes and TIG practice will do me good before starting full builds again. A warm up piece if you will.
