i find melatonin very effective however difficult/impossible to obtain over the counter in uk afaik , i ordered using NORMAL post option from biovea and arrived fine after around a week

Oh really? I assumed this shit was legit and all over the place, like I could pick it up from Holland & Barratt or whatever. Maybe I got the wrong impression from the TrainerRoad podcast (USA)
