Vino-Kolobnev decision postponed for a couple more weeks. Got to admit, if he's guilty I wonder how the UCI can spin that and square it with their "fit and proper" criteria for the WT license of Astana.
On the team side, some new stuff... Total Direct Energie get invites to all world tour races in 2020 and Wanty-Goubert get automatic invites to all UCI Classics Series events. Arkea-Samsic appear to not have made the 2020 World Tour license shortlist for whatever reason. That's a bit of a kick in the nuts for their new signings.
