    I was hoping to get some guidance from you all as to where I can find a variety of vegan recipes/ what the best cookbooks are.

    My partner and I are both meat eaters. We have reduced our consumption over the past year and are now looking to dip our toes into a fully plant based diet. We have agreed that we will try a two week stint to give it a go and see if it works with our lifestyle etc. We both enjoy cooking and food in general, so I want to make sure that (given I’ll be doing all the cooking) the food we have for these two weeks is something we enjoy and there is enough variety to convince my partner and myself that we could do this longer term.

    Where is the best place to look? I am struggling to find where to look. There are a mass of faddy, Instagram meal plans that I don’t think will work so would appreciate the advice of the forum. I have flicked through some of the history of the chat but haven’t seen anything obvious.

    Instead of me flinging random recipes at you, could you make a meal planner of what you already eat in a week, or what you want to eat next week? Then it’s so easy to fill in and point you to good vegan versions.

    Here’s a version of our week:

    Monday: soup
    Tuesday: pasta
    Wednesday: poke bowl
    Thursday: Indian
    Friday: burgers
    Saturday: Asian
    Sunday: falafel
