I don't think this is true, there's a lot of really fucking nice non-mac laptops out there now.
The look and feel of MacBooks (and other Apple products for that matter) is indeed top notch,
yet gotta say all that sexy unibody shinyness is moot when their motherboards or graphic cards die or the fucking keyboards do not work properly.

Wouldn't entirely agree... when the 2016 MacBooks came out I thought they were wildly expensive and looked at the possibility of buying a windows laptop, even the top end ones looked and felt like crap, and we were talking near Macbook price.
