When I got mine, then sold, I got the frame for around 150 euro if I recall correctly. Was too small, so moved it on.
Maybe now they fetch more, but I've got a Brazzo by Losa (350€) and a Sancineto (500€) in amazing conditions (which I value more than this, albeit only by a bit) so both less than 600 euro.
I'd pay 300 euro for the frameset (350 given the amazing conditions this is), so, as said, just a 'bit' on the expensive, not that off :) and of course, it's all personal (as the prices you mention clearly show)!

I saw it was sold for 1800€ for the complete bike on Classic sites for example in Berlin.
And only the frameset for 600€
Understand this is no e-bay, neither a commercial webshop but I do think it is a rare frameset with unique lugs.
What is a reasonable offer in your opinion?
