I'd actually like something of a similar-ish look, but just as a full electric motorcycle, without any alibi pedals.

You'd need to register it as a motorbike then (at least in the UK).

Although no-one actually pedals those things.

Well yes, of course. But it would also mean there's no ridiculous speed restriction on it. That thing could go decently fast if you let it...
