Around 8pm, emergency vehicles on site. Bike in westbound road, seatpost and part of frame seperated from rest of bike. Looked bad. Hope riders ok.

Went passed about midnight - Embankment still closed off both directions and bike/car still in the road. Police didn't have any info apart from 'cyclist struck by a car'. Can't find any news reports, so hoping it isn't too serious.
