Bought the frame and some bits on here a while back for £60. Perfect around town bruiser/pub bike.
I think the frame is 18". I'm 5ft'11 short legs. Fits fine!

Shimano Exage hub / Ritchey Vantage Sport rim wheels
Shimano 7 speed cassette
Schwalbe Big Apple 2.15" tyres (I did have some table tops fitted).
