I'm gonna try putting it in the seat post, in line with the battery. So long as I remember to mark the seat post height when taking it out to charge every 3-4 months, should be fine.
Only thing I'll lose is the option for on the fly trimming the rear mech, but once set, it's very rare that that needs to happen

Is there anywhere sensible to mount the 3 port Di2 junction box other than under the stem? (Obs still need to access charging point) It’s a fortune for the bar end one and I’m not convinced that’s a great place for electrics and expensive things.
