• Why is it OK to mock Daily Mail readers but not someone wanting to cut their genitals off?

    The cartoon wasn't even mocking the child, it was mocking the parent. Pretty poorly constructed joke as the other demands were not well chosen for the purpose, so my objection to the extent that I can be arsed to take offence at rubbish cartoons in the memes thread is that it wasn't funny.

  • Sure, but the point is still valid. Cartoon was a bit shit.

    Let's discus the flagrant and perfectly acceptable use of the word gammon to describe right wing working class voters? A pretty lazy trope.

    I'm being provocative but how's it any different to calling someone a bender?

    It is, but don't expect to get away with that kind of egalitarian attitude on here.

  • I enjoyed the edit to defend people described as "gammon" by the way. I honestly can't tell if you're a troll or a genuine piece of shit

    One's defined in law as a hate crime.

    Sheesh, what are you, some kind of Brexiter?

    let put this to rest;

    "The term refers to someone excitedly and wildly expressing a point with minimal detail, much bluster while exposing their ignorance on the subject under discussion; in particular, the colour of such a person's flushed face is compared to the type of pork of the same name."

    Basically described you nicely.
