Very nice! How are you finding the tyres?

They really unlock the #whatpressureyourunning game.
More seriously they are really comfortable and forgiving even towards the higher pressure range. Towards the really low there comes a point at which the flanges start collapsing when turning and that’s quite unnerving, but we’re talking about 10psi low. So really pleased all round. Also it’s nice to have a tubeless tyre that stays seated when deflated and goes back up with a track pump, makes sealant top up a breeze compared to the g-one / hydra combo.

I was gonna suggest trying G-Ones out. I had the horizons and thought they felt a tad slow

How do you find the combo of fixed and big volume? I've been pondering it and figured a part of what makes a single ratio manageable is snappy acceleration up to speed, while there's always that kind of lag when you've got big tyres like that. Probably overthinking it.

It’s okay. Though tbh it’s not a bike to rush anywhere!

Nice setup. Is this a size 56? (...looks like it)

56cm it is, need to ride it again once the weather settle.

Excellent build, and a spacer stack after my own heart.

Here's my winter roadie. Considering ditching the drops and going flatbar. Anyone done that? Anyone advise against it?
