I'm renovating and repairing some windows.
The place I'm working is fairly unique as it's a small block that was privately funded by the architect and one of the residents (who still lives there). The original owners I believe had to undergo an interview in order to be able to buy one of the houses.
One of the properties is currently for sellz if you fancy it and can find double what you may offer on the other place.

Today I had the privilege of starting some restoration work on this grade II listed building that was designed by Naeve Brown. I'm well chuffed.
