Wanted: stock wheelset to spruce up a worn out beater

Looking for a wheelset to spruce up a beater. Should be Shimano compatible, beyond that, few requirements.

Aye, fixed or geared? If geared I've got an unused set, shimano-compatible with Rigida/Ryde rims. Project that never happened etc etc - I guess £45 collected from SE7, or could post

The more the merrier ...

Working tomorrow night and going to Birmingham on Tuesday night then to Edinburgh, so London collection or postage would either have to be arranged quickly (for Monday morning) or left till next week, but I could take them with me.

Rim brakes, stainless spokes, QR.

I'll dig them out and get a (crappy, probably) picture tomorrow, at which point I'll be able to say whether hubs and rims are black or silver.

Thanks for the interest. Should have been more specific; wheels are for a geared bike & rear wheel needs to be able to take a 9spd sprocket

Yeah, shimano-compatible freehub, will take a 9-speed cassette
