It has been a consistently massive PITA to build. Happily it rides very nicely. Sadly I'm not allowed to ride a bike for more than an hour a day at the moment, so my test ride was 1h00m59s long. I'm a bad boy.

Won't need another bike for a while though. Absolute worldie.

That's nice, that is.
What made it a pain to build?

Lynskey shipped the frameset to the wrong country. The fork was defective due to an undersized fork crown. The right hand shifter had the thread for the brake hose stripped. The saddle rails wouldn't fit the seatpost. The internal Di2 wiring wouldn't work with a 30mm axle, not that Lynskey ever mentioned that in the tech specs. Those were the main issues. And building it in Switzerland, where @Cycliste uses shoes for hammers because her tool selection is so lacking, rather than my exhaustively-equipped workshop in the UK.

ah - hassles.
The end result looks like it was well worth it, though.

Nice!
Personally I'm a fan of no/minimal decals so I'd say go for it, but it's not my bike :)

Been riding this for couple of months now, couldnt be happier with the swap from Surly straggler.
Lighter and stiffer without compromising in comfort. Even did CX race last weekend finishing 4:th. Takes ~50mm tyres, 1 x 11 grx: no issues so far, just working as Shimano usually does. Handlebars updated from deda to Easton EA70AX, original saddle swapped to Pro stealth. Some lighter wheelset yet to update, propably carbon ones. Reilly Gradient:

I’m looking at this and the new Kinesis ATR. Reading you changed a few things makes me think whichever one I choose it is a frame set only and build myself. The stock bars are £20 Deda Zeros and the saddle their own model.
It does look fantastic!! Did you go and see them in Brighton?
Cheers!
