Both seem like super bargains.
I will tout the Enigma to couple of people I know looking for winter bikes.

Enigma also sold...
1) Enigma Ethos (this one)- Columbus Life Steel Frameset w/ Carbon Forks, Full Campag Chorus Groupset, Thomson Layback Seatpost, Thomson X4 Stem, Enigma Ti Saddle, Basic Pedals + Fresh Beater Rear Wheel + Original Campag (broken) Front Wheel + Continental Tyres.
57cm TT 55 ST (I think?) suits me at 5'11" but room either way. Originally built for my gf but was always slightly too big for her and a recent broken shifter has provided a excuse to move it on.
It was lent on a wall at work and must have been bashed or fallen into as the right shifter bolt that holds it together has popped out and a front spoke has bust. It also originally arrived with an unfortunate scuff on the downtube (from postage) that reaches through the paint. I chose to cover the branded areas anyway for theft prevention, so it's currently hidden under the tape. I have some pictures of the scratch somewhere which I will dig out.
I had a bike inspection at that point (a year ago) and they confirmed it's an aesthetic issue and entirely non structural. Will be wanting a new front front wheel and right shifter, but this is basically a high end, modern steel, almost complete, stealthy road bike perfect for winter, training, and city use.
£295

2) Schwinn High Sierra w/ Orange Titanium Forks, WTB wheelset, Sram X5 (9 Speed w/ 11-42t Sunrace Cassette + Narrow Wide Chainring), Thomson Trail Carbon Bars, Custom Stayer 'Gas Pipe' Stem, Compass Rat Trap Pass 26" 54mm Tyres, Brooks Cambium C17, Kickstand (optional extra +10£)
Lovely fillet-brazed steel frame from the early days of MTB, lovingly built up with good components and an all round beast - a capable tourer, city bike, or singletrack shredder. It's insane fun to ride, most recently bikepacking on the south downs way. Rear wheel needs truing but, all in all, good working order and a unique bike.
