I've come on holiday and developed a rather charming inner ear infection that is effecting my sense of balance. The doctor here has prescribed me with some anti emetics and some other stuff to help with the dizziness; only problem is it has to be delivered as an intra muscular injection I've never done this before neither has Mrs Bobbo. Do I just stick it in a muscle and push the plunger or is there more to it than that?
