I've had the lurgy this week, and while I'm confident in being well past the contagious stage, I'm not at full strength, so tomorrow's ride will be on the slower side :-)

Hi! I've never come on one of these rides before. What kinda distance do you cover usually? How many hours do you ride etc.

Hi, we're usually out for 4-5 hours, but only actually ride for about half that time, as there's loads of stops for tea, cake, and watching people throw themselves over various obstacles :-)
Most group rides tend to be around 17-18 miles. This one seems standard ( about 5 miles of that is me getting to Chingford and then going home )
