I also thought about corbusiers plan to raise the Marais to build skyscrapers.
You're right if course, putting a wind turbine on top of a high rise is like saying electric cars will solve traffic problems.
But seeing as we just get 3kms of brand new autobahn I don't think that those roads will disappear soon.
And I like sci-fi!
