That seller has sold 900 items - mostly hifi stuff by the looks of it. The bike seems very odd.

I can think of a few ways one person might be able to rack up selling 900 hifi components...

I did consider that too. It really was an odd bike ad but the other stuff .... hard to say

It’s a write off from a crash. The insurance company just replaces the entire thing and never bothers to reclaim the old wreck because it’s not worth their time. So you end up with a new bike and a wreck with various bits on it that might still work which you then either bin, sell off or get someone else to dispose of. My money is this chap is the later.

Has anyone lost a Tifosi road bike around south east London?

Our house in Hither Green was broken into while we were away this week and my Brompton H6L Black Edition in Gloss Orange was stolen. They’re not that common in this colour so if anyone sees one for sale in the south london area give me a shout on 07881457704 so I can check serial numbers. Thanks everyone!

I left my bike in a friends building in Finsbury Park of 5 flats and it disappeared from the hall on Wednesday night or Thursday morning. I think possibly someone put it outside and it got taken, seems unlikely someone could get in.

Anyway it’s a black charge plug with most of the branding taped up on the frame. It had a novatec/tb14 front wheel and a halo/mavic rear wheel, tan wall paselas, a basil portland front rack, silver Thomson x4 stem, black riser bars and a tatty Flite saddle. Oh it also has the velcro rear ass aver.

If anyone sees anything anywhere, please let me know. It’s not a super fancy bike but I’ve added a lot of decent parts and I liked it a lot.

hi guys my bike was just stolen this morning from inside my flat block! Balham/Clapham south sw london. I use it every day for couriering and i need it back asap. It is a Panasonic NJS frame green and silver with torn up flite and backwards fork with zipp carbon 650 front wheel and road drops, egg beater cleats and dura ace cranks. wife and I bike jacked yesterday on the river lea towpath around Tottenham. Two guys jumped us and pretended to have knives. maybe they did...

Genesis Datums both - white one is a 30 from 2016, blue is a 20 from 2018.

Reward if found.

Glad you're OK. I've posted it in the Springfield muggings thread.

They'll be local scrotes hanging around the towpath, and probably got form for doing similar. They might be known to the police, so fingers crossed. Really sorry to hear this but on the plus side, if there is one, these are very distinctive bikes.
