That's rad!
If you're after doom I'd probably change to 13 gauge strings (you'll want a guitar tech to set it up as the nut will probably need to be filed and the tremolo will need to be adjusted).
Then tune it to C standard and get a sick fuzz.
To be honest though if you want to get straight in to it I'd recommend something like a Boss Katana amplifier, you'll be able to dial in a pretty great tone with that and experiment with all sorts of effects without having to buy a bunch of different gear!

I know I always recommend this pedal company but if doom/ sludge/ stoner vibes are your jam then these are the best!
Dylan Carlson uses them along with some other mega doomy boiiis.
