Great looking bike. Have to point out though that 501 wasn't around in the 50's. The dia of the seatpin should give a clue what the frame is made of.

Selling this 53cm square Youngs bike. I believe it was built in the 50s, and is made from 501 (best guess).
It's been resprayed at some point, but the original headtube and seat tube logos remain.
Mavic MA2 rims laced to campy hubs.
Brooks swift.
Gatorskins (28c) & guards
Mixed drivetrain - Shimano 600, 60, and Spa cycles cranks (50/36).
Bit of a mix of finishing gear, but looks nice and everything works!
Looking for PRICEDROP £265, collection only, happy to meet at Farnborough station (30mins from Waterloo direct).
