  • I sent my pro team bib shots back to Rapha 4+ weeks ago for repair. I got an email last Friday saying they were on the way back to me. Tracking link didn’t work. It became active on 8pm Monday.

    Ive checked the tracking this morning and it looks like, somehow, Rapha have returned the shorts to my old billing address I used when buying the bibs in 2018. It’s 180 miles away. The shipping address I used for the order is still my current address and the same address I’ve used for every order since then.

    Checked the initial returns form I completed and the address I used is also my current address.

    Why wouldn’t they confirm the address before shipping them back?
