Yes - these are used in model vehicles like 1/10th buggies
Pros - don’t melt under high load
Cons - easy to mistakenly reverse polarity making it an expensive day out
Can be a non-issue on dynamo setups
I always used red and black heat shrink as getting the polarity wrong with RC lipo batteries can be fun.
