  • I had to get a special approval to take mine into work + prove that I would not damage walls / doors more than I would on a normal bike. Lucky the doors are wide everywhere.

    Also, get ready to not be able to go through park gates / cycle route "zig zag" things - that's part of cargo life!

    It's all fun and games when you are unloaded but less fun when you have 150kg+ of Champagne in the box...

    It’s so hit and miss, I always try anyway.. as long as there’s not too many people around 😂. Got myself and bike fully loaded with bread proper wedged in once.

    It’s also nice when you realise that they are high enough to just wheel your bike under. Ah, just cargo bike things.

  • I'm sure you're already aware but I believe it was Jamie from SBC Cycles who made me aware of radar keys which can be used to open canal and some park gates on paths.

    Pretty sure you can buy them on amazon
