Time, isn't it? Do I want to give up my sofa time to go and lobby my council? Wouldn't even know where to start and I've got other shit to deal with. Like most everyone else I'm a twitter-generation complainer. I do get stuck into cycling facility consultations but they're prepared by someone else.
