Got a picture of the other shoe with (I assume) a non-chewed dial?

If you go on the Boa website you can identify which one, with a bit of research, and then order a free replacement via the form on the website

What show model is it?

The shoe I got is not on the list but it seems to be the L3 system.
I have tried Boa's warranty site but I will probably send them an e-mail, don't want them to send me a free kit if I can't use it.

This seems to be it, the Specialized Boa 2005-2007 kit.

Yep, tried it, I will e-mail them though, my kit seems to be a lot older (2005-2007), so don't want to waste their time and resources sending me a free kit of the wrong product.

Oh shoot. Sadly I am not in the UK, but glad to know they are so helpful!
Hi all,
I don't know if this is the right place to post such question, so please forward me to the correct one if it is wrong.
I have found a second hand Specialized SPD shoe a couple of months ago in a local shop for REAL cheap, but my dog chewed on the Boa system when she was still a puppy and it doesn't really work as intended ever since.
Can anyone help me try to find a replacement for this system? I can't really find out which Boa system this is.
