Wow that's spectacularly ugly. I love the article starts like this:
When you think of the mountain bike brand Evil, chances are you think of the three pillars of modern mountain bike design, long, slack, and low.
I tend to think of them as the idiots who completely ignored quality control and almost killed their brand entirely with their first bike and their customer service stupidity when it came to light.
