Interesting proposition here in Berlin, to use space thats caught between space given to cars.
Posting it because the towers would have windfarms on top and solar integrated in the facade, and would be connected by walk/bikeways. Mixed use between offices and apartments, which I think should be (and I think it is in Berlin) mandatory for projects of this size, so that at least there is a chance of bringing work and home closer together.

As if it needed saying, those roads need to be removed/city-ised/turned into railway lines, and a proper cityscape constructed.
Dreadful proposals, fully in the grip of science fiction nonsense and hypermobility wet dreams.
