Where do you live? And what size would you need? I was thinking of building this up for myself and making it a home for my Paul Klampers

I live in Stockholm, but have family in copenhagen. Been planning to go south some time before New Years.

Size of frame, length of head tube etc.
How tall are you? I am just wondering if it will fit you?
If it needs to fit me I need to remove top tube as well and put in a loooong head tube.
If it could fit you as it is I could just replace 1" headtube with a 1 1/8"
