Hmmm... Seems like the frame has negative BB drop.
Do you have the frame and fork geometry? Failing that do you have the original forks?

Neither on both counts
Been using as a pub bike have been running with a set of fu manchu brakeless
The originals I wiped out on they are now in the big house in the skyHad the frame a while can’t remember where I picked it up think is intended use was for fgfs
Presume it’s from Taiwan but never really found much info on it
