@TW, thanx for that. I will read the guide in a bit. After the accident, the driver reversed back off the main road and was later comforted by the witness. The driver would not speak to me after the initial argument about what had happened. Her view was that I had seen her (from the side road) and she expected me to stop even though I was on the main road. Anyway, she wouldnt recognise why and how I didnt expect her to pull out into the main road. She later said she thought she had time, erm....... not really. I knew that we were not going anywhere, so I withdrew and asked to exchange details. She later accused me of being aggressive and that is why she refused to give me her details.
The mum wanted to give me her details instead and I refused. They called the cops themselves as well and that is when we exchanged details. I was at that point a bit tired of their accusations.
