In that case take half a modafinil and a bunch of bananas an hour before your ride. Then half a shot of whatever spirit you like just before you leave the house.
While riding drink those high carb drinks to keep your sugar levels high.
Re vitamin B, it's probably easier just to take half or a quarter of a ultra high dose vit B tablet each day. Unless you are actually deficient, in which case see your GP.

Thanks. Well, I didn't know there was a layout for English Latin script.
Had to open the SwiftKey app and first of failed with QWERTZ, which is also messed up.
Ahhhh that's better -

Any suggestions on what this timestamp format could be?
This was sometime yesterday morning 1569507803144

Milliseconds since 1st Jan 1970, 00:00:00 GMT, see here: https://www.freeformatter.com/epoch-timestamp-to-date-converter.html
It converts to 26/09/2019, 15:23:23.

Cheers. I really should have known that as I answered a question a month ago on here on how to convert one to normal time in Excel.

Anyone got a recommended guide (online or print) for a managing a website tendering process? Website is relatively standard website type (publishing house) and almost certainly going to involve providers who provide template rather than bespoke solutions. Feedback gratefully received

Bombtrack Arise 2 could be another option ?

@Heldring and @cgg
Cheers - but both 1-1/8" and bog standard steel, which is what I already have with my Pompetamine. Looking for something a bit lighter and tapered so I can easily get a full carbon fork with big clearances.Admittedly what I'm after is a bit niche. Might just go for that fancy new Genesis fork when/if a second hand one turns up and stick with the Pompetamine.

Will this shifter work with a Sram Rival 1x 11 speed mech?
Or do I need the GX version?

Outlaw is a good option, custom is the dream... awesome looking bike.

I bought some about a year ago and have been using it really a lot since then;
a double-walled mug which is just the perfect size for my coffee, and also MSR cutlery, of which I use the spoon more than any other because it's just the nicest spoon really.
It all looks like new. -

hey y'all
I have an older Chrome Yalta backpack which I love, but the front zip is broken and the side could do with a replacement as well.
Anyone knows of a place somewhere in Central London where they can repair it? The shops I know of didn't take it, saying random reasons of thickness/difficulty or whatever...

It's a long shot but if you happen to be in the US and take it into a chrome shop they'll repair it

Try a good cobbler.

Also if you need buckles etc, they just post them to you to sew on
Do you compete? Or are you likely to be drug tested?
