Still don't understand the appeal of Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant in the home.

Well, I do. Fortunately, the only voice recording anyone has of me stored in a server somewhere is 'Set x minute timer'.

What makes you think it isn't storing all of the other things you say that are not prefixed with "Alexa"?

The recent news articles were not about employees listening to people shagging after saying "Alexa". It was just people shagging.

Well, I only use Google Assistant and I only have it on my phone. Google give you access to all of the voice recordings they have as they're stored in your Google Account - I have listened to them all.
