Does this exist in an off the peg frame:

Road frame (leaning towards race geometry)
Disc brakes
Bolt thru axles
Mudguard mounts
Clearance for 25-28mm tyres with mudguards

Genesis volare 853 disc ticks most of the boxes, apart from mudguard mounts, and it's hard to get a clear idea of tyre clearance with guards.

Great. I ask, because I live in SE26 and I appreciate asking people to come up the hill and down the hill then have to go back up the hill and down the hill for a set of £10 rims is not ideal.
