£550? Well everyone needs a giggle on a Sunday evening I guess..
Could be a typo as £50 would be a fair price.

There’s a frameset on eBay for £595 for same era SPD Raleigh. Really no idea on these retro builds what people are willing to pay, but figured with campag stuff and nice wheels it was worth something.

Maybe research the frame number and see if it’s anything decent? I’m guessing the frame for £595 on eBay isn’t 531 and has provenance, not just rust and bits of electrical tape.
As it stands it’s a beater that would have been ugly back in 2007 when those rims were in vogue.
The Campagnolo stuff is budget af and the fact you’re asking so much without even bothering to sort out the grips shows you up as a bit of a chancer in many peoples eyes on here. You’d be better off stripping it down and selling it piece by piece on eBay. It might sell on here for £50 complete but not much more.

That frame was made after the SBDU factory closed. They put the special products badge on frames way after the carlton factory closed. You'd be very lucky to get £100 for the frame, more like £50.

Vintage Fixie conversion in 531 steel made by Raleigh’s special products division. Hand build wheels, dt spokes, halo rims and on one hubs. Campag chorus cranks and veloce front brake. Profile aero bars and Dirty Harry lever. Slight rust on left chainstay but frame otherwise really good condition. Not sure on original size but I’m 5ft 10 and ride 55cm frames so this would be perfect. Selling for £550 ovno.
